For this week I'm bringing you pollen. Is a dietetic suplement with
loads of vitamins and other substances that our bodys need. And it's
100% natural! I bought it because I was feeling tired. I've spent two
days eating it and now I actually feel really better. It's so easy to
take: 2 tbsp in the morning. You can solve them in any liquid. I
won't recommend you to put them on your morning tea or in water,
because the taste is not exactly great, and It would bitter your
drink. I usually put them on a glass with a little bit of cranberry
juice. I found it on a supermarket, and I guess that it will be easy to find it for you.
